1. Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return a product, please note the following:

Return requests must be made by emailing support@glowzea.com within 4 days of product delivery.

Your email should include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the product (if applicable).

Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.
2. Refunds

Once your return request is approved and the product is received in acceptable condition, we will process your refund.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

If the product is defective or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately with evidence, and we will assist accordingly.
3. Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct product exchanges. Please return the product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the dropshipping nature of our business, certain products may not be eligible for return. These will be clearly indicated on the product page or communicated at the time of purchase.
