Yes! You can request a return within 4 days of delivery by emailing us at support@glowzea.com with a valid reason and product photos. Returns are accepted only for unused, undamaged items in original packaging.

Refunds (once approved) are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

8. Are the products original or branded?
Our products are sourced via third-party verified suppliers (Roposo Clout). While they may not always carry mainstream brand tags, we focus on quality, functionality, and affordability.
9. Do you offer warranties or guarantees?
We do not offer warranties or guarantees, as products are dropshipped. However, if you receive a defective item, contact us within 4 days and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.
